Installation
GUI (recommended): Claude Desktop/Cowork → Customize → Skills → "+" next to Personal plugins → enter repo Klotzkette/claude-fuer-deutsches-recht → Sync → install the plugins you want.
Or Claude Code terminal (marketplace):
/plugin marketplace add Klotzkette/claude-fuer-deutsches-recht
/plugin install arbeitsrecht@klotzkette-german-legal-skills
You can also download individual plugin ZIPs from Releases and upload them manually.
How to Use
Install the plugin for a legal area (e.g. arbeitsrecht for employment law) and let Claude draft, analyze and research along German methodology. The repo ships 302 anonymized test cases (PDF/Excel/Word) to try it on. Install the foundational methodology plugins (Methodenlehre, Zitierweise, Rechtstheorie) first. Use in a test setting without real mandate secrets.
Requirements
Requires a Claude account (Free or Pro) and Claude Desktop or Claude Code (npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code); the terminal method also needs git. Content is for reference with no warranty — users must verify professional secrecy, data-protection and EU AI Act compliance themselves.
